Welcome to Larry Gray Music.com
As we move into Spring 2012, I've been busy with several different projects and performances. In February I presented two recitals at University of Illinois. The first was a solo bass concert and the second featured new arrangements of seven of my previously recorded compositions arranged for jazz sextet. There were also great gigs at the Jazz Showcase with Benny Golson, in December, and Donald Harrison and Larry Coryell in February.
Upcoming gigs include a weekend in April with my guitar trio, along with John Moulder and Charles Heath, and in May with John’s group, featuring Paul Wertico and Jim Trompeter. See the calendar page for more info.
I’ve also been working on a new solo bass CD which is near completion, and am now offering PDF books of my compositions from
the two most recent CDs for purchase.
